I love Nero, I've used Nero 7 Ultra for a while and it's great!
But, I purchased PhotoShow 4 Deluxe, with a free upgrade to PhotoShow 5 Deluxe as a download from Nero, and I haven't been able to install either program.
Anyone else having installation issues?
Everytime I start the installation, it downloads the big file (about 39 Mb) and then a window pops up saying the Installation failed and that I should start again. I start again and the same things happens.
I have XP 2.
I've been on tech support for about a month, and they haven't been able to help. They suggested that I turn off my anti-virius software, but that didn't help.
Please help if you can, I'm getting desperate. I have some slide shows I have to make for a family re-union and time is running out!

Hmmm. Well, my first suggestion would be to ensure you've uninstalled the initial versions of photoshow. Beyond that, you might want to try uninstalling all Nero software you have, using the Clean Tool, just to make sure there's no trace of it. Of course, I don't really recommend this if your Nero Express/Burning ROM is working properly, but it could be used as a last resort. From there, try installing photoshow first, then the rest of Nero.
Other than that, definitely check to make sure your anti-virus/spam-blocker, etc. is disabled, so that it's not blocking any programs from being installed.
Beyond that, you'd have to post the exact error message up here, and when it occurs. Sorry, that's all I got.
