It took me forever to finally download this program. There are no REAL help files. They are all in computer language that I don't understand.

But the issue is. I burned a DVD that worked okay, files are dark and hard to see, there is no audio on the DVD. I heard it fine while i was recording.

Did I miss something?   I hope I don't sit here like others for years on end with no response.

SOMEONE HELP!
