HELP! Nero 7 Error MSG: Shell Manager Corrupt or Missing

After attempting to install updates to Nero 7.0, Nero would not work. I tried deleting the full instalation, and reinstalling over the top of the existing program. Each time I got an error message; Shell Manager corrupt or missing. Next I tried to restore the system from two different points - not using safe mood. Neither attempt corrected the problem. I received the same error message. How can I delete Nero entirely to start over?

I've had problems also but was fortunate enough to be advised to download the Nero clean tool and then start over again.

i am having the same problem! i was asked to update,did that and now it doesn't work....you can use the Nero Clean Tool to completly uninstall the application. how to re-install,i am trying to figure out now. i will never install another "update" to nero again....everytime i do,something like this nightmare that i am going through now.
