Hola tengo problemas con el nero live

Hola acabo de instalar el nero 9 completo pero cuando quiero ingresar a nero live el programa se abre me pide configurar pantalla etc,cuando empieza a sintonizar se me tilda la pantalla;como soy nueva en esto no tengo idea de que pasa y no se como comunicarme con la empresa.A quien me ayude gracias.
