You don't have to call the pay service hotline. Tech support is a click away and you can do a better job documenting your problem this way. I personally feel this is a litte hard to find so I'm posting the direct link.
Access the form and select the proper options for your issue.
One of the most important parts: Document your problem.If you dont have one of the pieces of information, stop and do your best to get it. Tech Support needs this information to recreate your issue. You can attach up to 2 .jpg screenshots and error logs.
Once completed, feel free to post the same information on my.nero as a new blog with any just tech-support sees your issue. Remember, the quality of your documentation is very important.
