It has been a most frustrating experience attempting to upgrade to Nero 12 Platinum, from Nero 11.
I have attempted to install this software numerous times to no avail. It goes thru the motion of installing, and just when it reached the last install, it fails and rolls back.
As of yet, I have found tech support to be a joke. Rather than provide a solution, I keep getting emails demanding, not requesting, that I email them specific files. I have done this 3 times already, and keep getting asked for the same files.
The inability to reach a tech support person live without a fee is a huge setback. One would expect that support would be free and readily available, especially for install.
I searched the net, and my installation issue is NOT an ISOLATED issue. This is a challenge several others are facing as well.
It's about time Nero address this issue, and how it chooses to handle complaints.
