i have nero9, it worked fine for while then, it stoped burning dvds then cds !!.. on nero vision, it lets me select the dvds  for burning, then on the finall phase/ page,, "set the  parameters for burning",,, BURN TO. it wont let me select my dvd rom on my laptop, the only option here is IMAGE RECORDER... the same thing happens when i try to burn a cd, it wont select my dvdrom drive, it only gives image recorder... i have tried the configure options and the vid options but nothing happens,  i took the laptop and my copy of nero9 back to were i bought it, BUT they want to charge me to look at it... i have even run a reinstall of my laptop windows xp, but the same thing happens.. i deleted nero9 and downloaded it straight from there website using my code on the back of the box + their upgrade,, still the same thing happens.......no recorder just IMAGE RECORDER,,, plzzz can anyone help, am i doing anything wrong.      TY
