Clarification Needed for Recent Offer --> Nero PhotoShow Deluxe 5 is almost here...

In an attempt to take advantage of your Nero's emailing preorder offer per subject line the associated WEB link offers what appears to be conflicting information.

 

It implies that there are two individual offers (Deluxe package Only @$24.99) or the (Deluxe Package with the Combo Pack @$39.99), however, if you click the combo pack upgrade it calculates both packages and it appears you would get Deluxe 5 SW twice.

 

I’ve contacted Nero via email <'retail-support@nero.com'; 'techsupport@nero.com'; 'marketing@nero.com' > and after two weeks received an answer that had nothing to do with my original question. It had to do with DVD-R and using a brand-name quality source DVD. Links https://webshop.nerophotoshow.com/cgi-bin/cart/reg=US?ID=220593 &EDS=YES  and https://webshop.nerophotoshow.com/cgi-bin/cart/reg=US?ID=220603 &EDS=YES  details the Combo Pack Upgrade which includes the Deluxe 5 application software and is not just a standalone combo… Is this correct ? Can anyone help in this clarification ?

Okay, so the problem may have been two things, either

1) You're confusing the multiple line-items that are actually upgrades and add-ons for Photoshow 5 with multiple Photoshow 5 purchases,

OR

2) You may have inadvertently clicked on the Deluxe package and THEN selected the Combo without first removing the deluxe from the list.  That would make it seem as if you were getting 2 copies.

Anyway, bottom line is: check the price.  If it's 47-odd dollars, then you're getting the combo, with just one copy of the software.  If it's more than that, you've probably got multiple copies of the software in your cart.  Just click the 'Trash Can' icon to remove the stuff you don't want.

I'm checking with sales and marketing on this, and I'll get back to you as soon as I know more.  Sounds like a technical issue with the cart.  Stay tuned.
