nero vision stops working |

on a few occassions when Im burning dvds nero vision stops working for no reason. I have burned loads of films with no problems and am not getting any error messages when this happens.
Anyone got any ideas on how to sort this out.

Hi Janet,
We would need to see the Nero Vision log file to see what is occuring and try and assist. Could you try it again, and save the log file at the end, or if it crashes at the end and does not give you the option to save, you can find it automatically by searching for 'NeroVision.log' as this file is created as soon as you launch the Nero Vision software, so even if you have a crash, you should have a log of events up to the point of the crash.
Once you have this, please post on the forum for Nero Vision issues and one of us members will get to it ASAP. :-)
