doe's any one know if nero back it up 4 and nero back it up and burn are the same program and if they are why isnt me serial working on the new version?

unfortunatly they are not the same they are two programs added to one disc however they do almost the same job thats where the serial number comes in being two seperate programs your old serial will only work with the disc it came with and not both you can try and get me on yahoo messenger my id is
