I just purchased a Sony DRX-840U DVD/CD Rewritable Drive 20x external burner with Nero software included.  I ran two test runs to burn content on a dual layer DVD and one test run to burn content on a single layer dvd, both resulted in an error message that the discs could not be burned.  I am attaching the error files.  the info says it is Nero 7 Essentials version 7.5.14.2, but the burner menu starts up and says Nero Vision 4 Essentials SE version 4.7.0.22?   What do I need to do to fix this issue so that I can burn dual layer dvd's?  I am using Memorex DVD+R dual layer dvd's
