After A Nero Vision Burning ,.When i play the file,the dvd freezes during the playback |

Hi,..ive had this problem with nero 9 since i started using it when it first came out.When i burn a video of about 2hrs or under usually the video while freeze and the playback wont continue.It is getting very annoying now.I emailed nero about the problem but they take to long to reply and they checked the log file and said nothing was wrong.It isnt my dvd player because i play it in different players and it freezes at the same points(freezing usually accors near end but sometimes it freezes about 10-30mins into the video and doesnt play on)Please help

hi,....i had nero 8 and had no problems,..since buying nero 9 i had the problem.Nero said install nero again so then the first burn worked perfect,..just made a second one and it froze and really annoyed me.Could not watch the end of the film which i thought was fantastic.now im having the problem all of again.if i encode it in nero recode how will i know if its gonna work then in vision

Hi djtallon,
sometimes it could be that the source video file is corrupted. I would suggest to recode the file into the mpeg4 format using Nero Recode before you use the file in Nero Vision.
