is it true that i could make a phone call through nero sipps absolutely free?if so, how? i already have nero sipps installed in my computer but whenever i try to make a phone call to a cell phone or land line, it wont work.. if ever someone will read this please answer me by making a comment or something..
one more thing..i've read that i should have credits to make a call..how will i have credits?
