Greetings
Has anyone had any problems with this Runtime Error C++++?
.........\NMIndexStoreSvr.exe
Everytime I start to use SmartStart in my new recently installed Nero Ultra 8, this keeps coming up and slowing everything on my 'putor down.
What did you do to fix this problem. Should I contact Tech Support about this?

6/11/08 Update
I went for a short nap and my hubby did the Nero 8 Ultra update and then changed something with the inCD and Nero Scout, then he changed something else in my 'puter. It is working great now...knock on wood. He said he went thru forums and different websites and gradually put 2 and 2 together and fixed the problem.
Maybe that helps someone that has been doing the same thing.

YA ALL U DO IS WHEN U GET THAT U RESTART COMPUTER FROM THE START MENU AND TURN OFF BUTTON WHAT U DID WAS OPEND IT OR CLICKED ON THE ICON TO FAST OR TO MANY TIMES AND IT CRASHES RUNTIME THAT ALL IF U KEEP HAVING PROBLEMS SEND ME A MESSAGE OK HAVE A GOOD ONE GOOD LUCK

CHECK UR COMPUTER FOR VIRUSES TROJANS MALWARE GALWARE SPYWARE WORMS LEECHES IF U HAVE A VIRUSE SCAN RUN IT EVERYDAY WORMS TROJANS AND VIRUSES ALL CAN DO THAT TO THE NERO STARTSMART RUNTIME IF UR COMPUTER IS CLEAR THEN TRY UNINSTALLING THE PROGRAM RESTART COMPUTER AFTER DONE PUT DISK BACK IN AND DO A FRESH INSTALL THAT SHOULD HELP BUT THATS A LAST RESORT OPTION OK WHEN U UNINSTALL NERO UR SETTINGS DONT CHANGE WHEN U RE INSTALL IT SO DONT WORRY ABOUT HAVING TO PUT ALL UR SETTINGS BACK IN IM ON IF YA HAVE QUESTIONS
