NERO 7.11.10 SERIAL#

I HAD NERO 6 AND UPGRADED TO 7 FROM NERO BUT DIDNT RECEIVE SERIAL# ONCE I REBOOTED COMPUTER IT ASKED FOR IT. CAN ANYONE HELP
