Nero has some of the
most dedicated customers in the world. In recognition of this fact, every year
Nero picks and rewards the most supportive Nero customer.
It was a difficult
decision, because we have so many dedicated Nero customers! But, while we value
each and every customer, we could only pick one.
We proudly announce Joey Famiglietti as our Customer of the Year for 2012.
Joey is a constant source of help and support for our customers within the My Nero User Forum and on our social media accounts as well (listed at the bottom of this article). He answers questions and poses interesting ones himself almost constantly. We wanted his efforts to be rewarded.
One of Nero’s great
partners, Toshiba, donated an Excite 10 Tablet to Joey, which was presented to him
as a token of our appreciation at the Nero Summer Party in Karlsbad, Germany.
On behalf of all Nero
employees and customers around the globe, we congratulate Joey on being named
Customer of the Year and thank him for all of his efforts!
