Howdy My Nero users!

Well, today is the day. We have something to celebrate. Thanks to you and your great feedback we are now happy to announce -- *drumroll* trrrurur --:  “we’re finally ready to remove the “Beta” tag from My Nero. Yaaaaay!” *Applause*   Ok, ok, so it’s not that big deal, I know. ;-)

Anyway, from now on, My Nero is an official Nero product. One of the first changes you’ll notice is our stronger visual focus. Now you can see that My Nero offers tons of features sharing thoughts, experiences and ideas. You can chat with your friends, upload your videos and photos, write a blog, share your Nero usage tips with others, grab your favorite RSS feeds… the list goes on.

Of course, every time there’s a gain, it has to be accompanied by a loss – at least, that’s how it seems. In our case this means we had had to remove Sipps functionality from My Nero.   Why did we do this?   Well, the statistics tell the story: we had only a view users per day on this service, so  we decided to save some development  resources by focusing on making the things you all like better.  

We want to thank all the loyal My Nero Sipps users, we are truly sorry that we had to make this decision.

All right, enough bad news.  Enjoy the all new My Nero and be sure to rate and add a comment to your favorite blogs. Tell us what you think – we’re always happy to hear your feedback!
