Love this software!
Sweet! Bottom line, this is by far the easiest to use photo slideshow software around! It's fast, easy and it makes you look like a pro. I use it all the time and highly recommend!
can't install PhotoShow 5 Deluxe
Anybody out there who is also having problems installing PhotoShow 5 Deluxe?
Software was purchased from Nero, as a download.
Everytime I start the installation, it downloads the (approximately) 39 Mb program file, and then a window appears telling me the intstallation failed and that the download will resume when I re-start the program installation file. I do that and the same thing happens.
I've been e-mailing with tech support for about one month and I have gotten nowhere. This started with my purchase of PhotoShow 4 Deluxe and the same thing happened.
I've tried installing on a different computer, and the same thing happens.
I've tried bypassing my Router, and connecting my computer directly to my cable modem, and the same thing happens.
I tried uninstalling PhotoShow Express, but the option wasn't available to me in the Add/Remove Programs utility.
I tried deleting all the PhotoShow Express files manually, and all but a couple of dll files were deleted, but still no luck installing PhotoShow 4 or 5 deluxe.
I know Nero software is awesome, I've been using Nero 7 Ultra and love it.
But software is only awesome if you can install it. Help!
