We know that some of you have been having technical hiccups with the migration over to the new My Nero.   Please rest assured that we are aware of these comments, and that we're working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

One of the most common issues has been finding updates and downloads on the site.   If you need to update or download Nero software, you can still do so at www.nero.com.   Please go there, select your language, then click on the Downloads tab.   From here, click on Update or Download for the software of your choice, and then click Download Now to begin.
