I downloaded Nero Ultra Enhanced 7 in June around the 7th or so and I don't have a clue of what to do but burn cd's. I came here to my nero blog thangy to try to find help and I have nothing as of yet. Nero 6 came with my computer so I thought it would be cool to upgrade. You folks made it seem like it was so much faster and better.Everytime I try to get help in a program it tells me to go online and download it, but I've downloaded the PDF's and the CHM's. Yet when I try to get help from these files I can't find it or it's there yet it still tells me to go online. I wouldn't even be here if this didn't bug me so much. I have had to reinstall the program twice since I got it online. Do I get a CD or something cause I'm gettin tired already of trying to find the program to reinstall it. I hope someone will take me seriously because this is so I dope upgrade and I'm not gettin any of the goodies......Help!!! Maybe someone can explain to me what's up with this fourm thing cause I'm seeing a lot of problems and not a lot of answers.

Hi Sister ;-),
e.g. hep file for Nero ShowTime: download NeroShowTime_eng.chm to your PC. Then copy this file to c:\program files\nero\nero 7\nero showtime\.
Now you get help in ShowTime.
Please copy the other help files to the corresponding folders (help file for Nero BurningRom to folder ........\Core\)
Helpfiles Installer
It is much easier to just download the CHM Helpfile Installer:
ftp://ftp6.nero.com/user_guides/nero7/Nero7_chm_eng.exe
This *.exe file will automatically install all the Helpfiles in the correpsonding folders.
