NERO'S UNFORTUNATE LACK OF A REAL SUPPORT SYSTEM.FACT OR FICTION.YOU DECIDE. I just installed NERO 8 Ultra Edition.This is the first time I've used anything other then Roxio in 16 years+/I've noticed that burning seems faster.My end result seems better.But.And it's a big but.There seems to be a total lack of technical support for the user.Even though on the box it claims to offer 2 weeks of free telephone support.When I call all I get is a loop telling me to hold on.That loop continues for 30 min.'s and then hangs up on you.I tryed this 3 times and got the same result each time.When I sent an e-mail to complain about it this was thier response " Thank you for your feedback.Now of course I can understand why you are so angry. It's very frustrating to pay for a waiting loop without speaking to anyone.Please note that you can contact us also via e-mail." I find this amazingly shallow and of no help at all.Is this the norm for Nero or an abberation.I am seeking comments from the community. CarlCrazie Tags: community to nero the question a

cant install
I can't even install my version of nero, it keeps telling me that "Patent activation required" i entered the serial on the back of the cd, what else do i have to do this is very frustrating for $80.
