The following 30 Day Guarantee is on the Nero web site.  I've asked for my money back several times.  I haven't go a response.  I posted a comment on the CEO's letter of appology regarding the lack of quality for Nero 9.  He didn't have the courage to post it.  I too got a reply that said that I couldn't get a refund.  When I when back to them with a response they said to ignore the previous response that they wouldn't give me a refund....the response was an automated response.   30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Returned merchandise must include all original components, literature, warranties and packaging in the same saleable condition in which it was received. Refunds for returns will cover product amount and any sales taxes charged. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges. Returns not meeting these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee equaling 15% of the price paid for merchandise (not including taxes). Hi I am new to this community. I bought the download upgrade to Nero 9 and like hyperspace has said it has completely taken over. It has changed my default setting I try changing them back to what they were but it just keeps changing again..I hate it. When I bought it I had a terms and conditions e-mail which said I could revoke my purchase within 2 weeks without giving a reason, when I did this Nero e-mailed back and said I couldn't get a refund, I then copied and pasted their terms and conditions and e-mailed it to them..guess what...they have not come back to me...I have the feeling they will leave it until after the 2 weeks and then tell me it is too late.

I will never buy anything from this company again
