Nero 5 Crashing

Does anyone know why nero vision5 (within nero 8) keeps shutting down when I load certain movoies to convert. The movies are windows movie files which are the same as previous ones I've converted without any issue. The problem occurs on both windows XP and Vista.

Hi mcam68,

as the problem only occurs with certain video files, it is possible that the problem is caused by the video files. Have you already tried to creat Nero Digital files out of your video files using Nero Recode? If it works, there should be no problem to open/edit the new file in Nero Vision 5.
